The teacher of Ellie's drama class gathered the class together as a group, claiming she had some announcement to tell us. Once the class was settled a grin crept across her face as she said "School play!" holding up what would be our scripts. As she passed them around, the whole classroom was buzzing with excitement and wonderment of who would get the lead roles. Well, that's what the girls were concerned with. The boys? They were more concerned of whether it was a required part of the course for enable them to pass. Of course, it was. The rules were that everyone in the class had to audition for at least one part of the play, even if it were just smaller part. As there were fewer males in the class it was required that they all try out for the male lead part - something they were not to keen on.
"Can you believe some of these scenes?" Ellie said to Charlie as she was flipping through the script briefly. As their drama class held the eldest students, the play was much more.. mature than what they had been known too before. "There's some pretty.. passionate love declaration scenes if here, if you know what I mean.". Passionate make out sesh aka. Portman High once again showed that it will always goes to the boundaries.

Victoria was born to be on the stage or in front of the camera's and she very well knew it. Her mother was an actress so she felt as if it must be in her blood to be flawless at it. Running through the script, she smiled to herself. This was easy. She would get the role of the leading lady in her sleep.
Her attentions fell over to Sean who was standing awkwardly on the side lines looking nervous as he went over the script. She waltzed over to him all smiles and grin. She put on a total nice girl act around him that was completely believable. "If you're nervous, don't be. You'll do great. Any bet, you'll even get the part!" She told him. Sean didn't seem too thrilled about that idea. "Hey, Ellie could be your leading lady. They're some pretty juicy scenes in there. You never know.". Victoria almost laughed. As if she'd ever let Ellie take her role. But, if Sean thought Ellie could have the part, he may gain more confidence and do a much better job in this audition as he was eager for the part. The more comfortable he was, the better chance he had of getting the role. Therefore better chance of him leading opposite her. "You don't want her doing those scenes with Alex, do you?". She'd over heard Ellie tell Sean she kissed him. She could see straight away, that hit a spot.

Sean didnt' want to take any stupid drama class. But coming into the school year late made him be placed into classes that he didn't really want to be in, such as drama. They were being forced to audition for a play, and Sean wasn't a great actor. He was more of a singer, as most people knew. He looked to Ellie, who was talking with Charlie, and the girl from starbucks came back over towards Sean.
"Huh?" Sean flipped through the script slowly, pretending to read over the lines just so he wouldn't have to make eye contact. "I don't really care what Ellie does." He mumbled, constantly seeing a kissing scene. "She can do whatever she wants with that Alex guy." He spat out, not really knowing who he was.

Charlie flipped through th script, and Ellie was right, it was very risqué. "I'm surprised the schools allowing the drama department to put on this play." she told her. The teachers said that everyone had to audition. Charlie loved singin and acting, but doing so in front of people was a different story. She secretly wanted a big part in this play though, even if it meant performing in front of the whole school. "So who do you want to play?" she asked Ellie.

Alex was running late today because he had to walk to school. His mother and him were tight on money, and couldn't afford a car for both of them. Alex came rushing into drama class and saw a bunch of people with scripts in their hand. He walked up to the first person he saw, which happened to be Sean. "Hey do you know what's going on?" he asked. He realized the girl next to him was Victoria, the girl that was flirting with him at the c cheesecake factory.

"It's Kingswood. Again, they're showing they push the boundaries of what should be allowed in schools." She giggled a bit. Ellie looked over at Sean desperately missing him. She shouldn't feel bad as was the first to make a move to show that they weren't together by kissing Sean but ugh, she loved him so much still but she got the sense he hated her now. Who could blame him?. She turned her gaze back towards her friend, "I was going to go for the lead but maybe not. I don't want to risk my chances getting caught up in a love scene with Sean.. Or James. So, I might go for the sister part. You?"

There was biterness in the tone when he spoke of Ellie. Alex entered drama class late and of course, came straight to Victoria. "We're doing a school play. All males have to audition for the lead." She smiled, as she handed him one of the spare scripts lying around. Sean stared at him. "Oh, right. Sean this is Alex, Alex this is Sean." "He's the one that dated Ellie." She whispered quietly towards him incased he'd forgotten. Tension filled the air between the three of them.

Ellie saw Alex come into the room late looking quite confused. She saw that he had stumbled over towards the first person he could see. Being Victoria. She walked over towards him and gave him a huge hug, ignoring the fact that Sean was over here. "Do you wanna go before she rapes you?" She whispered to him and she was pulling away from the hug. They both laughed and walked back over towards Charlie. "Have you guys met yet?" She asked, absolutely beeming. There was something about Alex. When she was near him, she couldn't stop grinning like a complete idiot. He must have thought of her as some kind of freak.

Sean carefully studied Alex. He came off as the kind of guy who Ellie would hate, but apparently not. Sean stayed silent, not wanting to talk to him or Victoria. Ellie came over, and Sean started to feel some hope, but it was just to get Alex away from them. He stood with his mouth open, wanting to speak, but he couldn't. She seemed happy around him, and he didn't want to drag her down. He didn't want anything more than for the teacher of the class to start speaking or something major to happen so he could get away from it all.

Victoria was now totally confused. Sean had said he didn't care for what Ellie did but she goes and hugs a guy and it's written all over his face that he cares. " You're losing her and acting like you don't care isn't going to help anything." She rolled her eyes and walked away. Now too annoyed at Sean.

Alex was happy once Ellie dragged him away from Victoria. Victoria was attractive, but she was way too forward. "Thank you..I didn't have to make up some excuse to leave." he laughed a bit. Ellie introduced Alex to Charlie and he grinned. "Yeah, we actually work at the same place." he explained. "Weren't you the one who dared Ellie to dance with me at Jade's party?" he smirked, and saw Ellie blush.

Before Ellie went over to Alex, Charlie told her the part she wanted. "I think it'd be fun to play the lead, but I probably won't get it." she sighed and continued looking at the script. She saw Victoria across the room, still talking to Sean..awkward. When Ellie brought Alex back to meet her, she explained how they already knew each other. It was obvious that Ellie liked Alex, so Charlie wanted to leave them alone..plus she wanted to check on Sean. "I'll be right back." she told them, and walked over to Sean. As soon as Charlie got to him, Victoria walked away. "What was that about?" she asked him. questioning his friendship with Victoria.

Victoria was being nasty to Sean, and Sean wasn't making good first impressions for his first few days back. Although he didn't like Victoria, what she said was completely true. Acting like he didn't care about Ellie wouldn't help, because deep down he would always have the same feelings for her. Charlie approached Sean, breaking him out of his thoughts. "Uh," Sean peered over her shoulder to see where Ellie and Victoria were, which luckily wasn't close to him. "I don't even know." Sean puffed out a breath of air, placing both of his hands on the back of his head. "Is Ellie with that Alex guy? What's going on between them?" He quickly questioned, hoping Charlie would give him more information than Ellie did.

Charlie's attempt to keep Ellie and Alex alone was so obvious a blind man could see it. Laughing, Ellie watched Charlie walk over to Sean and she turned her gaze to Alex. "So, since we're stuck with this play, wanna run lines?" She grinned. He agreed. They took a seat and opened up to a scene with both the main male lead and the main female lead's sister, each taking turns to practice their lines. It wasn't until they were a few lines in did Ellie realise it was quite a romantic scene.

When Sean asked who Alex was, she could tell that he was jealous; Or worried that he might lose Ellie. "Well.." she paused. "they're not together..he's just a guy she met at jade's party." he explained. "They kissed at the party, though." she told him. She didn't want to lie to him, even though it hurt. "It's not serious.." she made sure to add. She looked across the room to Alex & Ellie who were running lines, then to Victoria who was acting like a diva. She looked back at Sean. "I'm not saying this cause i think you're naive or anything, but be careful of Victoria. She's given us hell, and I don't want the same to happen to you." she said, and sighed.
