The worst part of moving somewhere was the fact that you had to unpack all of your belongings. Sean entered his new small home, which was the perfect size for a kid his age, living alone. He had been living there for a few weeks, but he never bothered to unpack. He took out the necessary clothes and items he needed, but there were still tons of boxes stacked on top of each other. He had a few left in his car, but he was way too lazy to get them.
But after sitting in his home, with nothing to do, he had no other choice. He walked out of the front door and out to his new car, and opened the back door. He grabbed one box, and balanced it between his hip and the car. He looked around, and saw a few neighbors outside. He grabbed another box out of the car, and stacked it on top of the first one, thinking it would be a good idea. As he went to close the car door, the second box tipped over, crashing hard on the pavement. He could hear the sounds of glass breaking, and he automatically knew that was one of the boxes he cared most about. "Crap." He mumbled under his breath, placing the first box on the ground.

(i literally was about to post a thread like this!! haha ) Charlie was getting boxes out of the moving truck, to bring them into her grandparents house. After a few trips, she noticed a boy who was unpacking as well. She brought a box inside, and set them in her room. Suddenly she heard a crash. "What was that?" Her grandma yelled, thinking it was Charlie's fault. Charlie dashed outside, to see what it was. It was that boy. He was looking down at the shards of glass on the ground. Charlie walked over to see if she could help. "Do you need any help?" She asked, looking at the mess.

(omg hahah! great minds think alike!) Sean looked down at the ground, hesitating to open the fallen box. He knew eventually he would have to, but he wasn't ready. Carefully, he turned the box right side up, and he could see it was already split open. Photos and memories from Ireland were shattered on the ground, and his heart sunk. A girl's voice startled him, and he looked up to see a tall girl with dark brown hair looking at him. "Uh, I don't know." He ran his hand through his hair, and started to pick up the pieces of glass. "It's probably not safe...And it wasn't your fault...so you shouldn't really help..." He started to ramble on and on, carefully throwing broken pieces of glass back into the box.

(yes we do! lol ) Charlie looked at the pictures. They looked like family photos, which explained the expression on the boy's face. She felt really bad for him. "I honestly don't mind." She said, helping him put the shards of glass back in the box. "Are you okay?" She asked. Dumb move, obviously he wasn't.

The girl bent down, helping Sean pick up the broken glass. "Thank you." He whispered softly, wishing he could rewind time so the box was still safe. "I just wish I didn't make a stupid mistake." He said quickly, frowning.

Charlie looked at him. "Of course." She smiled a little and continues to pick up the pieces. "It's not your fault. I mean that could have happened to any one of these boxes. I'm sorry that it was this one though." she said, apologetically. She picked up a photo that seemed to be a baby picture. "Aw is this you?" she smiled, and laughed a little.

"It sucks." Sean laughed a little, looking through the family photos. Pictures of him and his siblings, pictures of him and friends, everything was in that box. He looked over at the picture the girl was holding, one of Sean as a baby. "Yes." He laughed, his white cheeks turning red. "How embarrassing!"

Charlie looked at the pictures, as the boy was going through them. "Oh gosh, I'm pretty sure I have so many embarrassing baby pictures. Thankfully, they're all at home." Charlie laughed, and saw that his cheeks were red. She handed him back the photo, so she didn't embarrass him anymore. "Did you just move in?" she asked him, as she picked up the last pieces of glass.

"Lucky you." Sean laughed it off. "A few weeks ago." He smiled. "Should have had this unpacking done awhile ago. Do you live next door?" He asked, looking at the direction in which she came from.

(i saw 'at the direction' and i thought it said 'one direction' lol ) Charlie laughed a little with him. "Oh okay, by all the boxes I assumed you just moved in." Charlie said. "Oh, yeah that's my grandparents house. I'm living with them for now." Charlie explained. She quickly turned the conversation back to him. "So are you living here alone?"

(omg HAHAHAHAHAHA oh god i love one direction!!!!)
"If only." Sean laughed. "I'm just lazy." He smiled, listening to her talk. He found out she was living with her grandparents, but it was clear that she didn't want to talk about it. She quickly turned the conversation back at Sean, so he went along with it. "Yup, all by myself!" He said, looking towards the house.

(they're growing on me! talented dudes! ) "Well do you need any more help?" "So nothing else breaks?" She asked him, and smirked a little. Charlie looked at the house. What she would give for that kind of freedom. "Wow..you're lucky." She told him, but at the same time, she felt bad because none of his family was with him.

(very! ) "If you don't mind, I wouldn't object to any more help." Sean replied, smiling. "Lucky? Because I live alone?" Sean asked, a confused look growing on his face.

Charlie grew a smile. "I don't mind." She laughed a little and picked up a box. She soon realized how pessimistic that sounded. "Well, I mean-" She paused. "Well, you're lucky because you have all the freedom in the world. I mean, you can do whatever you want, say whatever you want." Charlie realized she started babbling, and stopped. "N-nevermind." she said and set down the boxes.

"Well, thank you." Sean started, grabbing one of the boxes as the girl grabbed the other. He quickly realized they never exchanged names. "Freedom...is part of what makes it nice, I guess." He shrugged, as she talked on and on. "I think I know what you mean. I'd just like to have someone to live with, ya know? It sucks waking up to a house alone every morning. I miss my family tons, but coming here was the right thing to do." He paused, and led the girl into his home. "I'm Sean, by the way." He placed the box down on the floor and stuck out his hand.
