Ellie returned to consciousness not long after and they explained to her what had happened. Once her heart rate had normalised, they wheeled her back into her room. Sitting on the floor was Sean. Oh no. The doctors left the room and Ellie got up. She pushed her 'life support' trolley with her as she slowly walked over to Sean. He stood up and looked at her. So much pain in his eyes. "Go home. Stay there. This is too much for you. Too many memories. Once I'm out, then we can see each other again."

Once Ellie was out of the room, Sean went back in. He sat on the floor, right where her bed would be. He hated this all. Everything reminded him of when he went to sit with his sister, who he was told was going to be alright. Until she died. Sean could only hope for the best for Ellie, and luckily she returned to the room shortly. "I can't just leave you." Sean whispered. If he said anything about James, which was partially the reason he wouldnt leave, he knew Ellie would kill him. "Lay back down, you probably shouldn't be walking around like this."

Ellie sighed. How could she do this to him? He was going through enough with his sister, and to just bring all the memories back? She was so wrong for doing that. Ellie took one of his hands and held on to it as tight as she could. "I understand. It's okay. I want you to go home and rest. Please, just do that for me. Even if you just come back tomorrow morning or something. Just for now, go home, have a shower and relax. You need it." She told him with a slight smile on her face. "I'm definitely on the mend now and plus James and Charlie will be back soon enough so I'll have some company." "I'll be fine." She kept telling him. |

James and Charlie arrived at the video store. "We'll settle this singing thing later." He said and he unbuckled his seat belt. They both got in and walked inside, "What type of movies do you think she's into?" |

"Only because I don't want to argue. Save your energy, please lay down? I'll go in a minute. Can I bring you back anything? I'm coming back here later." Sean finally agreed. He hated being in hospitals, but who didn't? They were never a happy place, unless you were having a child, which sometimes was even painful.

Ellie sighed, getting back into her bed. "You worry about me too much." She told him, "but I'm grateful for it.". She shook her head slightly, "I think I've got everything I need but thanks."

Charlie thought for a moment. She remembered Ellie telling her she liked horror movies. "Hmm..what about this one?" She picked it up, it was Orphan. Then she walked to the other side. "And the proposal?" She grinned. "Everyone likes this movie!"

"Hmm," He said with a smile. We ended up getting a selection of movies. From horror movies to romantic comedy to drama. Once we had a few selected out James turned to look at Ellie, "Do you think we've got enough?". "Ummm. Yeah." She nodded her head and we walked up to the counter to go pay to rent them.

"Well," Sean squeezed one of her hands tight. "I don't know how you got me to do this, but I'm going to go out for a few hours or something. Please don't hesitate to call if you need anything. Please rest." Sean whispered, lightly kissing Ellie on the forehead. "I'll definitely see you later?" He asked, a slight smile forced onto his face.

We rented the movies, and the lady put them in the bag for us. "Thank you!" Charlie turned to James. "So, I think we have enough variety." She laughed a little. They walked outside, and it was raining so hard, it might as well be hailing. "Jeez! When did this happen?" Charlie said, as they ran to James' car.

She was glad to see that Sean put a smile on his face, even if was the slightest one.. it was a start. She nodded her head, "Okay". Ellie smiled and he left the room.

"That sounds about right." He said, putting the car into reserve. The drive back was quicker than the one on the way. Must have been less traffic or something James thought. As they arrived out of the hospital, James got out his jacket to cover Charlie's head as they walked into the hospital. He knew that girls had a weird thing about their hair and if it got wet? Life over.

Not long after Sean left, James and Charlie returned, a bunch of movies in hand. For the time being they placed them on the bench up against the window. "Where did Sean and Abby go?" James asked. "I sent them both home to rest," Ellie laughed a little, "But I think Sean's coming back later tonight.". "Did you guys have a nice trip together? Time to bond?"
