"Great!" Sienna grinned, walking off to find Ellie. Once she located her friend, she quickly explained that she and another girl were ducking out. She invited Ellie to join them, and then bid her friend farewell. Then, she returned to Charlie. "El's cool with it. Where does your gramps live? We can swing by." [/blockquote]

"I don't exactly know the street names, but I know she lives like a block away." Charlie explained. "If we just go down the street, I'm sure i can find it." She laughed a bit. [/blockquote]

"Works for me!" Sienna grinned, linking arms with Charlie. "I'll swing by your gramp's and just got to stop by my house to grab some things. Then, we can head on to my parents!" She started for the door, really not worried about the dance. It was dark, no electric, and they were listening to an iPod. They could do that from the comfort of her home. Starting outside, Sienna walked quickly to where her red mini cooper was parked. She ducked her head low, fumbling with the keys since it was raining. Once she finally got it unlocked, she climbed in, slammed the door and opened the other door for Charlie. "I can't believe how hard it's raining now!" She stated, as she started the car and fumbled with her seat belt and the radio. It was like another planet since she had originally got here.

"I know!" Charlie agreed. "it definitely was not this bad, when I got here." She explained. Sienna drove by Charlie's grandparent's house and went in to tell her grandma what she was doing. Her grandmother was more than okay with it. Thank Goodness. She stuffed a bunch of stuff in her bag, then got back in the car. "Good to go." Charlie smiled, and Sienna drove off.

It didn't take Charlie long at her grandparents' house. Sienna sat in the car, cranking the radio to a top 40 station while she waited. Singing along with a Katy Perry song, she only turned it down slightly before backing out of the drive. She stopped a few houses down, mentioning that she'd only be a minute. Running inside, she grabbed an overnight bag from her room and then made her way to the kitchen. Since Charlie didn't drink, Sienna opened the fridge and took out her roommate's carton of Mountain Dew. He was gone for the weekend and would never notice it missing. Going back to the car, she tossed the things in the back seat and started he car again.
"sorry about that. My house is kind of crowded, and people are rarely home in mom's home. I just figured we'd want some essentials." she laughed, backing out of this drive now. They came to a stop at a red light a little ways down the road. Always impatient, sienna turned the radio down and glanced to Charlie. "so... Are you an only child?" she was genuinely curious.
( you want me to make a new thread for them soon? (: )

"Oh no worries." She said and waited for Sienna to get back. They were stopped at a red light, and Sienna started the conversation. "No, I have a little brother, back home." She smiled. "Do you have any siblings?" She asked.
(If you want! sure! : ) and is ellie coming? haha)

"Nope, just me! I think I was a handful for mom growing up. And dad." Sienna laughed, shrugging it off. The light finally changed and she started the car again. As it was hard to see, she had to drive fairly slow. Unfortunately, her mother's estate was on the outskirts of town. "Do you like having a brother? Always thought it would be fun."
( She's invited! haha. so maybe. (; i'll make a thread in a few. <# )

"Yeah, he's a cool dude." She told her. "I mean, he's my little brother, so he can definitely be a pest sometimes, but he's pretty cool." She said. "I like having an older brother. It makes me feel not so lonely." She explained. "What about you though? What's it like being an only child?"

"That's awesome," Sienna beamed, glancing momentarily to Charlie before looking back to the road. "I thought a sibling would be fun! Growing up, I spent most of my time with my cousin. His mom lives in New York and his dad here in California, and my dad lives in New York and my mom's house is here. So, it just kind of worked out, I guess." She shrugged, "Wouldn't a sibling get annoying sometimes, though?" She had to admit, she had heard a lot of kids complaining about siblings. She turned on to the next road, considering this for just a moment as she drove. A few more minutes and they would be there.

Charlie listened intently. "Wow, that seems like a lot of moving around." She explained. "But that's cool you got so close to your cousin." She added. "What's he like?" She asked. "Uhm, yes!" She laughed. "He can be such a pest, but he's not as bad as a lot of my friend's little brothers." She explained.
