He took the phone, reading the message over and over.
"Sorry for judging you after kissing a boy with a girlfriend then...? But I don't know what you feel. If you're gonna go off and kiss guys everytime you get drunk, how should I know if you really feel the same about me?"

"There's more to it than that.. but fine, be like that. Okay, look, I made a mistake. Are you really gonna hold that against me forever? There's nothing I can do about it now. He kissed me, I didn't even barely have time to react to it. If I could go back and change what happened, I would but I can't. So please, just.. don't hold this against me forever. You should know because I'm telling you that I like you. How more obvious could it be?".

Sean hesitated before passing the phone back to Ellie, but he knew he had to eventually.

"Thank you. Well, I tried to hide it because I was sure that you didn't feel the same way, but honestly, it was pretty obvious haha :\"

He couldn't help but smile when he read the text. She liked him, he liked her. It seemed like everything was falling into place, right? "I do feel the same way. Guess I'm not good at taking hints.  "He quickly gave the phone to her, finally satisfied with what was going on. |

She wondered what this meant now. They have both admitted they liked each other, where did that lead for them now?. Would they just go on as friends, not letting it mean much or would they try to pursue something with it?

He paused, looking towards Ellie who was staring at the screen. If it was up to him, they would start dating right then and there, and live happily ever after. But that couldn't happen.
"Where do you want to go with this whole thing?"

Sean read the message, and looked at Ellie. "Why are we texting?" He laughed quietly, not wanting to disturb anyone around him. "This is the cheesiest thing I've ever done." He smiled, waiting for her to react. "I think we should try it out. Who's going to stop us?" He whispered.

For a moment, she thought about Jersey. She knew when he found out, he'd get mad at her. Although, she had already told him she was gaining feelings for Sean so it shouldn't be that much of a surprise for him.
