Within minutes, the room was full of laughter and fun. You could almost forget about the awkward exchange that had occurred when Alex returned. The match ended with Charlie and Chris winning easily. "I think I brought down the team." Jade laughed, "Sorry!" She said grinning at her team partner. Wesley and Jade sat down on the couch and Ellie and Alex got up to take on the winning 'champions'. There was some tension between the pair but Ellie was being primarily friendly with him. She just wanted to move on.
Jade took her eyes away from the screen and looked at Wesley who was sitting beside her. "You know, I'm really glad I went and got a Starbucks that day." Jade confessed. She had butterflies in her stomach just being around him. She was probably kidding herself with her feelings for him. They'd only just met but at this moment, Jade didn't care that he may never feel the same and that her feelings were foolish. She was happy.

Wesley smiled when she said that. He had thought he was bothering her, and really he was just being paranoid. "I'm really glad you did too. And that I got the job there." he laughed. "Your friends are really nice, thanks for introducing me. It's always hard to make new friends after a move."

A grin light up her whole face as she looked up at him, "I can tell they already love you as if you've always been with us the whole time."

Charlie watched Jade and Wesley sitting on the couch together, and smiled. He seemed like a really good guy, and that's exactly what Jade needed. Jade overheard Wes, "Really?" he asked shocked. He was used to people getting bored of him. "Well i feel the same." he smiled. Charlie just stood, clearly eavesdropping and "Awww" -ed out loud. She laughed to herself hoping they didn't hear. Then Ellie and Alex were up, and she felt so bad. Charlie could tell she just wanted to move on. Thankfully the pizza guy came to the door, and everyone sat down to eat. "Thanks for coming, you guys. I really needed this." she smiled at everyone.

Sam took a seat next to Ellie, and started up a conversation. He could tell she was having a hard time will Alex being back, and there was still some tension with Alex still being present. "You alright?" he asked.

Sam looked at her. "You sure?" he asked, and she just nodded her head. Sam looked at the group "Should we play a game?" he asked. "Never have I ever anybody?"

She laughed as did the others. They gathered near each other and got ready to start. "Alright, Sam you go first." Ellie said to him.

Sam grinned. "Fine; Never have I ever, been so drunk I threw up." he laughed and waited for some people to take a drink.

Ellie looked around the room and laughed as she and Jade were one of the honest ones who were guilty of having done that. "Alright, umm, never have I ever met a boyfriends parents."

Charlie wasn't one to drink, but after the last few months, she definitely just needed to let go. She took a sip of the vodka that was in her cup, and Sam, Jade, Chris and Wesley did as well. "Never have I ever been in love." It was the first thing that came to her mind, and she kind of regretted it as soon as she did. She looked around to see a few people who took a sip of their drink. "Your turn Jade."

Jade was very surprised to see that Wesley to a drink to never having been in love. Someone like him, never in love? Wow. Jade had no chance. "Never have I ever kissed someone.". As expected, all of the group took a sip. Jade was getting ready for the next person to have a go when Chris looked at her in surprise. "You've never kissed anyone? How?". Jade felt her cheeks tinting red, "Yeah my boyfriend was never one for intimacy so yep, now you know my secret. I'm a kissing virgin.". She hoped that Welsey didn't look down on her for it.

"Hey now." Wesley said to Chris. "I think it's cool. I mean, that means it really means something to you." He smiled at her and the group kinda remained silent. "Chris your turn" he chuckled and waited for his never have I ever.

Jade looked over at Welsey with a stupid girin on her face. He was so lovely and such a gentleman, he couldn't be real. He looked over at Chris and so did the rest of the group. "Never have I ever smoked a cigarette." Chris said and then looked curiously around the group to see who had. "Wow. Go us." He laughed and then looked at Sam signalling it was his turn.

No one took a sip, which was kinda humorous. "Hm...I'm kinda over this game." He chuckled. "is that just me?" He asked. Alex chipped in and mentioned the group should Play truth or dare. "Anyone?" Sam asked, and waited for their response.
