[Okay so first off, anything I mention about the University/College life I'm just totally making up from what I'e seen on American shows n shiz cause Australian uni is way different so if it's like completely wrong, sorrry!]
College. An education institution that is deemed somewhat necessary in the eyes of the public if you wish to have a successful life. In the eyes of Ellie Mankelow, when she dreamt of college life, she hardly pictured herself attending Kingswood University. It was ivy league colleges thousands of miles away from her past life in Kingswood. But now, this was her reality.
Slinging her prada bag over her shoulder, Ellie slowly made her way towards the courtyard of Kingswood University. It was day of her college life and the university has organised a student meet and greet for all newbies within the grounds. "Wine and dine as you mingle with your fellow peers." said the welcome booklet that Ellie received in the mail just last week. Ellie knew that it was be a waste of time. Majority of the new students would be the very same people that she had known all her life. Kinsgwood was small, meaning very few came in from interstate to attend their university.
Ellie perched herself down on a bench in the centre of the designated seating area, surprising that very few had yet to show her. Her mind drifted back to all that had happened in the last six months. A comforting fact was that the man that was stalking her had been found and taken to prison allowing for Jordan to let go. However, that is where Jordan's luck ran out. Ellie knew from Charlie that they had barely spoken after the showdown that had had within the jail cell walls. Charlie. The poor thing. With the recent pass of her grandmother, the friendship between she and her best friend had sadly frayed. Then there was Alex. Ellie's kind-of-not-really-boyfriend. Things had been tense and Ellie was unsure at where they were. He had been dodging her calls and avoiding contact. Why, Ellie did not know but it was obvious that whatever the reason, it wasn't a good one. Sean was still completely awol. He'd gone back to be with his family after his relapse and break up and hadn't bothered to keep in contact with any of his former friends.
Her mind had been in a completely different place that she hadn't realised someone had approached her mid though. It wasn't they cleared their throat that she was aware of their presence. "Oh sorry," Ellie said as she gazed up to find..

Sam had dumped Morgan about three months ago, and she still couldn't get over it. Not because she was entirely in love with him, but because no one breaks up with her. She was the dumper, not the dumpee. To make it worse, Sam left her with no explanation. All he said was he was going to Kingswood. Morgan logged into Sam's facebook and noticed he had become very close with a certain girl named Ellie. She read through their messages to see just how close they had become, and as soon as she saw Ellie was going to be attending Kingswood University, she herself signed up for classes.
She exited the terminal with her luggage in hand, and hopped in a Taxi to take her to a hotel. She was loaded, so she didn't really care about the expenses. The next day she went to Kingswood university to find her classes and mingle with the other students. She knew to get close to Sam again, she would have to become best friends with Ellie as well. Morgan walked into the room, and noticed Ellie right away. She plastered a smile on her face and walked up to her, "Hi, I'm Morgan." she smiled. "You looked just as nervous as I am, so I thought I'd come make a friend." She laughed a bit. "Your name is?" she asked, even though she already knew the answer.

Her eyes set on the girl who standing in front of her who introduced herself as Morgan. She was a brunette of average height who had looks to die for. "I'm Ellie." She replied politely. "What are you majoring in?"

Chris stumbled onto the campus grounds and made his way towards the meet and greet. It was where Ellie had agree to meet him. The pair had always dreamt of going to college together and now that was happening. Chris was more than pumped up for college life. As he approached, a smile grew on his face and he saw his best friend sitting on a bench seat. Sitting beside her was a girl he hadn't seen around town before and in Kingswood it was surprising. He pondered on whether he should leave Ellie to talk and catch up later.. eventually he decided he would approach the girls anyway. The more people he knew the better. "Hey Ellie!" Chris said wrapping his arms around in her a quick hug. His eyes then trailed to the girl beside her. "Hi, I'm Chris." He said introducing himself. As he looked the girl up and down, the first thought that popped up in his head was... well, Damn. She was one of those girls who had a smile that would light up a room and she had legs that seemed never ending. She was beautiful and he instantly felt he needed to know her. Chris struggled to take his eyes off her but it was force of embarrassment that made him pry his eyes away. He knew that she had noticing him.. noticing her. It was something she probably got all day.

"Nice to meet you, Ellie." she smiled and answered her question, "Oh liberal arts. I'll probably change it a few times though." she laughed. "What are you taking?" she asked her. As Ellie started talking, a boy approached them and introduced himself. Morgan figured that he was a good friend of Ellie's, and after Morgan noticed him checking her out, she realized it was going to be very easy to get close to them. "I'm Morgan." she smiled flirtatiously. If there was one thing Morgan was good at, it was manipulating boys..and she took advantage of it.

The interest that Chris had for Morgan was so obvious it was laughable. Ellie grinned, "Oh that's cool, mine's in anthropology.". "So where are you from? I haven't seen you around Kingswood before."

"Nice! I always thought anthropology was interesting in high school." she told her, and smiled. "Oh, I'm actually from New York." such a lie "But my dad got moved here for his job, and I decided to come with. He told me it was a pretty cool city." she said basically lying through her teeth. "How long have you two lived here?"
