Ellie's eyes went over to the clock when she mentioned Sean. "He said he'd be back but it's been a while now. He probably fell asleep.". "I'm so worried about him," She admitted to them both, "He's just like stressing out to the max."

"Most likely, he seemed a little stressed." Charlie mentioned. "Which makes sense, I mean his girlfriend's in the hospital." "Don't be worried about him! I mean, i know it's natural to, but I'm sure he rather you worry about yourself than him right now." She explained.

Ellie rested her head back against the pillow and took in a deep breathe. "I don't want him to worry. I mean, I'm at the hospital, I'm in good hands.". She lifted her head and looked towards James. He had his phone out so he was busy on that. "How's things with you and Jordan?" Ellie whispered towards Charlie, quiet enough so that James wouldn't be able to hear.

"I think the fact that you're in the hospital, is what worries him." Charlie explained. Ellie asked Charlie about Jordan and she instantly got butterflies. Ugh. "Uhm, you know, I'm not sure. We just have this complicated friendship." She explained. "But I really like him.." She said, really softly so James couldn't hear. "I'm an idiot."

Ellie propped herself up slowly and listened to what Charlie was saying. "Complicated friendship? What do you mean?" "Is it like one of those situations where you both know you have feelings for each other but neither of you will do anything about it?". For the first time, Charlie had admitted that she did have feelings for Jordan. Before this, she had always been saying she wasn't sure how she felt about him but now she must have been sure. "That's great!. It's obvious he feels the same.". The girls were speaking so quietly, James must have thought it was actual 'girl talk' as he didn't question it. "I think you have more than one fighting for your attention though." Ellie whispered nodding her head towards James.

"I guess so. Maybe it's like that." she told Ellie. "I guess, I just don't know how he feels. " She said, and bit her lip. "Um, you don't know that! It so is not! We're friends!" She explained, and realized she was being a bit loud. Charlie immediately looked at James, then back at Ellie. "What, what do you mean?" It seemed like Ellie saw something that Charlie didn't.

"You should tell him how you feel.. or maybe just, get someone like Sienna to start up a conversation? I'm sure she could get it out of him." She smiled. Ellie giggled. "Oh, come on, it's so obvious! He's totally into you. The other day at bowling.. he was totally jealous of Jordan."

"I'm sure Sienna could get something out of anyone." She laughed a little. "But, I rather not interrogate him." She laughed again. Charlie slightly glanced at James. This was weird. "How is it so obvious to you, yet i have no idea what you're talking about?!" She asked.

Sean went home for a few minutes, and quickly decided that he couldn't stay there. He walked around the town, and quickly went into a store to get stuff for Ellie. He bought her a bunch of get well soon balloons, and tied them around a giant teddy bear. Simple...but effective.He went back home, and grabbed his phone. He went to Ellie's messages, and texted her again.
"Can I come back now? "

When hearing the buzz of her phone, Ellie reached over to the side table to get it. She smiled as she saw it was a text from Sean.
"Of course. Charlie and James are still here with me just letting you know "

"Maybe a little part of me is.." She bit her lip and blushed. Oh, gosh. "The effect I have on guys. What effect is this? Cause i have never noticed that once in my life." Charlie explained. Charlie was never that girl that a lot of guys noticed, so what was Ellie talking about?

Ellie put her phone down in her lap and looked back towards her friend. "Guys instantly love you but you're like the nicest girl in the world. You're sweet and funny and innocent. You're not into that party scene as much as most so you're unique. You're different from most of the girls they meet around here, you're like the girl next door, and it drives the boys crazy.". She bit her lip, "It's why I get a bit jealous of you and Sean.." Ellie admitted.

Sean smiled reading the text, and instantly made his way back to the hospital. He was getting strange looks from everyone in the waiting rooms, as he was holding a bear that was half his size, and there were about ten balloons filled with helium tied around it's arms. He went to Ellie's room, making sure it was the right one. He paused for a moment, and knocked lightly. He opened the door a tiny bit, and peeked his head in. "Can I come in?" He smiled.

Ellie looked over towards the door to see that Sean was smiling. She felt like it had a million years since she'd seen that smile. The whole last visit he was crying and upset, so to see him smiling, it made Ellie smile too. "Yeah, of course." She told him with a smile.
