James invited Sean, Charlie and Ellie down to the frozen yogurt place, saying that he needed to talk. Reluctantly they all agreed to go.
The four of them sat around their table with their frozen yogurts being their usual selves.. awkward. James explained how he was very sorry for everything that he had done over the last couple of months since his arrival. All of it moving in on Charlie and Ellie at the same time, getting between relationships.. all of it. "I've changed. I went away for a while and I had time to think. I'm really not like that." "I-I don't know what happened. I just that you can see how sorry I truely am and find it in your hearts to give me a second chance.". He was mainly concerned Sean. Sean was a great friend to James and he just stabbed him in the back. He forced a smile upon his face, "So can you? Can you all forgive me and give me a second chance?"

Sean didn't want to go to see James. He started the whole awkwardness between Sean and Ellie a few months ago. But Charlie insisted that it would be good to see him, and Ellie would probably be there too. They ended up at a frozen yogurt place, and Sean listened to James go on and on about how sorry he was. He wanted Sean to forgive him, and Sean looked at the two girls, hoping they would say something before he could. "I don't know." Sean shrugged, swirling the spoon around in his yogurt.

James frowned. "You were a good friend to me and I just made horrible mistakes through jealousy and impulse actions.."

Sean had to admit that James sounded pretty convincing. "You hurt me." Sean started. "Not just me." He looked to Ellie and Charlie who kept quiet. "It's just hard to forgive someone who's done so much damage." He shrugged slightly. He wanted to forgive James, but he couldn't bring himself to do it.

Ellie raised her eyebrows and put her first input into the conversation. " It's bull. All of it. I don't care what you have to say, if you want me in your life you're gonna have to do more than a fucking insincere apology!". She got up and stormed out of the place. Usually she was a nice person but cross her and you'd definitely feel her wrath. Ellie didn't believe his little act one bit.

Sean widened his eyes at Ellie's sudden actions, and he looked at James who had the same shocked look on his face. "Be right back." He whispered before sliding off of his chair. He ran out the door, and looked both ways, only to find Ellie a few feet away with her arms folded across her chest. He trotted over to her, standing directly in front of her, hoping she would speak because he really didn't know what to say. "What was that?" He whispered after a moment.

She shrugged her shoulders not knowing what the big deal was about what she had just done. At this moment, she wanted to just run into his warm arms crying that she didn't trust James and she was scared that he would hurt her again and that's why she was putting up walls around him. Instead, she just said, "Why should I forgive him just because he says he's sorry?". The bitterness suggested that this was also directed at Sean's apology for leaving.

Sean choked back the feeling in his throat, feeling half guilty for what he had done, and not wanting Ellie to cry over James. He was an idiot, and she made a good point. "You shouldn't forgive him." He said sternly. "So maybe you...shouldn't forgive me either then." He mumbled before turning around. He questioned whether he should go back inside and face James. Tell him that what he did wasn't okay. But he turned away from the door, and walked away from the building, unsure of where to go or what Ellie was thinking.

Ellie took a seat on the gutter looking outwards the empty road. "Of course I'm going to forgive you. It's what you do when you love someone." She mumbled. She bit her lip hoping that the noise from the shop had drained that last bit out. "I think he's being sincere though with his apology to you.."

James stared across the table, breathless after what had just happened. Ellie left and Sean went after her. That left himself and Charlie alone. "I heard the rumour about you and Sean.. Getting friendly.. That true?" James asked her, oddly curious and a little bit jealous.

Sean heard Ellie talking, but didn't know how to respond. He could have sworn that he was hearing things, and his brain was making words come out of Ellie's mouth that he only wanted to hear, but she would never say. "If you don't like him, I don't want to forgive him." He looked over towards her.

Charlie was surprised when Ellie stormed out like that..Charlie was still upset with James, but he did deserve a second chance. Everyone does. She sat there, silent until James spoke to her. She bit her lip when he asked if the rumor about Sean and her being together was true. She sighed. "No, of course not. He's just a friend." she told him. "It's just a dumb rumor that Victoria decided to start.." she added. "Jordan's a jerk." she also added. She was really upset with him.
