(lets make things interesting! lol ) Charlie's grandmother had doctor's appointments left and right, and she didn't even know what was going on. Her grandpa insisted that she was okay, but something made Charlie think otherwise. Charlie's grandparents did not have a lot of money, and the medication for her grandmother apparently cost a lot of money. Charlie was looking for another job when she came across a sign in front of Starbucks asking for work. She got an interview and got the job. Charlie walked into her first day of work, and put on her apron ready to serve customers. She saw another employee come out, and introduced herself. "Hi..i'm Charlie." she smiled, but paused when she realized it was Jordan. Crap she forgot he worked here.

Jordan's bossed had informed him and the other others that worked at Starbucks that there would be a new employee. Some girl. Jordan liked the idea. She might be hot.
Turns out, it was Charlie. She walked up to him to introduce herself and he went completely blank. He put on such an act around here but in that moment, he was completely weak. His mouth went dry and his mind came up short. "Hi." Was all he managed to say before grabbing his apron and walking away. This was going to be impossible.

Jordan walked away and Charlie took a deep breathe. This was gonna be fun. Charlie went straight to serving the customer waiting at the counter while Jordan was in the back avoiding Charlie. Eventually he came back out and Charlie spoke tohim. "Look, I don't like this situation any more than you do." she admitted. She missed him so much, but she kne Jordan hated her guts.

Keeping his head down, looking at the counter, Jordan just nodded. His only recognition that she had actually spoken to him. This act was getting very hard to keep around her. "So, you and Sean. Getting close, huh? Nice.". The tone of his voice sounded like he didn't care. That was exactly what he wanted her to think. "Bit dog if you ask me but you know."

Charlie was really confused when he brought up Sean. "Sean?" she asked him. "He's my best friend, nothing more.." she told him and wiped the counter. We're there rumors going around that she didn't know about?

Jordan let a slight chuckle escape from his lips and he put on the lid to a coffee he had just made. "Rumour has it Ellie and Sean broke up because he was getting it on with not only just Jade but romping around in the sack with you too.". He knew that it would be a lie but it was amusing to see her face. It was something Victoria made up to cover up what had happened between Jordan and Charlie.

Charlie's jaw dropped when Jordan told her this. She wanted to smack him for even allowing Victoria to do that to her. She realized she should keep her cool around him though. "Let me guess who made up that bogus rumor? Hmm..Victoria?" she scoffed and served the next customer. As soon as the customer walked out, Charlie turned to Jordan. "Let Victoria make up all the crap she wants to about me, but tell her to back off of Sean and Jade."

He just looked at her. "She's not gonna listen to anyone. What Victoria wants, she gets. If she wants to make Sean look like an absolute dog.. she will.". You could tell Victoria was that type of person just by looking at her, but Jordan didn't have a problem with her. She was a good friend to him.

"Wow..what did HE do to her?!" she yelled, this time. She was absolutely pissed off. "this is because of ME..all because of what happened between you and me. Does this make ANY sense to you?!" she told him and stopped when a customer came in. She took the person's order, and gave him his drink.

"Come here." He hissed. Jordan got Charlie to follow him to the staff room so they wouldn't cause a scene. "This has nothing to do with you. Or me for that matter." Jordan told her once she had closed the door. "I've known Vic for years. She does thing for god knows why. All I know is that if you try to step in her way, you will get hurt so don't.". He realised that the way he was speaking showed way too much concern then he was willing to show off. "Or whatever. Your choice." He added on, trying to seem more.. chilled. Jordan looked away from her, then back towards her. "You know she works here, right? She'll be rocking up for her shift any moment now. Just be prepared for that."

"How? She doesn't even know Sean. To be honest, she's doing this so I look horrible. And so you and her can be together. It's obvious." Charlie scoffed, then listened to him. He sounded like he cared, but it was clear to her that he didn't. Charlie's eyes widened when he said she works here. "What?" she said almost breathless. "Oh, goody." she rolled her eyes and went back to the front.

"She doesn't want to be with me, Charlie." He told her. Jordan felt as if it was just yesterday that he'd been having almost the exact same conversation with her about Tiffany and he'd been wrong in the end so he kept his mouth shut and followed back towards the front. "There she is.". He nodded his head in the direction of the hot pink sports car parked out front. How cliché.

Charlie ignored him when he said she didn't want to be with him. "Now who's naive." she said and stacked the Starbucks cups. Charlie looked out the window, and saw the hot pink car. Victoria stepped out looking like a super model. Of course. "Why does she have a job if she doesn't need one?"

His eyes flickered back over towards Victoria's direction. She was touching up her make-up before coming in to work. Jordan let out a laugh. He began to wipe the counter where a drink had been spilled before. "Her parents think she's too spoilt. Yet they're the ones giving her everything she wants. They want her to learn 'the value of money' or something like that." Jordan scoffed and mumbled, "Yeah, like that'll happen.". Once he had finished cleaning up the spill, he threw the cloth into the sink and looked at Charlie. "Her parents have spun it so that she has the most flexible hours ever. She can rock up whatever time she wants as long as she actually goes to work and she still gets payed as much as we do for doing a full shift when she does like, three hours less.". Jordan rolled his eyes. Not exactly learning the value money that way.

Jordan acted like Victoria and him were friends, so Charlie was a bit confused when he started spouting crap about her. She looked at him with disbelief. "If you dislike her so much, why do you even hang around her?" she asked. "That's so unfair.." she said, replying to the amount of hours she has to work. Victoria finished touching up her make up, and walked through the doors. Charlie wondered how much hell Vic was going to put her through today.
