"He wouldn't hate you. He's just hurt that's all. Go find him. Explain him exactly how you feel about it. Make sure that he knows that you do want him, you're just not sure.". Ellie shook her head. There was no way she was going to leave her best friend crying in the bathroom no matter how cute the guy outside was.

"I'm serious Ellie, you should have seen him. I hurt him..he's not going to understand. And I was honest with him to begin with,I told him exactly how i felt; he didn't care.." she explained.

"He does care. Like you said he's just hurt." She told her. "If you really care about him, make him listen."

Ellie was right, but there was no way Charlie was going to gain the courage to do that. She sighed and wiped off the remains of her running mascara, and hugged her best friend. "Thank you." she told her, and but her lip. "I guess I have to go find him." she took a deep breathe, and walked out of the bathroom and looked around the room. No sign of Jordan. She looked throughout the whole house, until she got to the kitchen. She saw he was drinking, again. "Jordan..I need to talk to you. Really talk to you." she told him. She was worried things would get even worse.

By the time that Charlie had come to find Jordan, he had already sculled down 2 bottles of beer and was on his third. "Nothing-g-g to talk about!" His words were slurred and came out as a yell.

Charlie exited the bathroom and went off to try and find Jordan whilst Ellie made her way back to Alex who had only moved slightly to the left of where he had previously been. "Here's hoping they work things out." She smiled.

It was obvious that Jordan had been drinking a lot, and that the beer in his hand was not the first. She knew about this side of him, but she had never seen it, until now. Between the slurring, and the yelling, Charlie hoped that no one would hear them. "YES, there is!" she was telling him. "You said 'Fine' and ran away. Why is it not okay that I'M not ready to be in a relationship. I told you, that doesn't mean I don't like you. I said I still do!" she told him, trying to get through to him. But she knew that all the alcohol he had in his system, would make that pretty much impossible.

Alex smiled a bit, kind of unnerved about what all went down. yeah, he's had fights with girls before. But none like that one chick with the blonde hair. Alex didn't really like Jordan, and he was set on that. "Yeah." he smiled, not really knowing what to say. "Charlie's lucky she has a friend like you though." he told Ellie, making the conversation lighter.

Alex seemed kind of on edge since the whole fight with Tiffany and Jordan went down. "Are you alright?" She asked him, "was the fight too much to take in? I know it all the fights and drama thats happens in Kingswood can be a lot to handle if you're only new.". She didn't want him to feel uncomfortable.

The look of disgust towards him was crystal clear on Charlie's face. He continued to drink until he finished the bottle before speaking. "You know-w-w, so many girls-s throw themselves at me but I push them away-y!". Jordan began to laugh as he opened his fourth bottle, "For you! So-o-meone who doesn't ev-ven want me!". Contuning to laugh un humoursly he stared her down as chugged back the bottle of beer. Within a matter of minutes, right in front of her, he finished off the bottle before drunkingly stupidly he threw the bottle towards her. It wasn't until it cut some of her face (it just missed her eye) that himself underneath the drinking was able to realise what was happening.

Before Alex had a chance to answer, Ellie heard bottles or glasses being smashed in the kitchen. She remembered that the kitchen was where Charlie had followed Jordan into. "Oh no." Ellie said. Racing towards the kitchen, Alex followed close behind.
In the kitchen, Charlie was in the corner crying holding her face and Jordan looked.. Drunk. Ellie rushed up to her side and asked her what had happened. Charlie removed her hand so that she was able to see the bleeding cut down the side of her face. "Oh my god.." Ellie mumbled. She turned around to look at Jordan and pushed him up against the sink, "What the hell did you do?" She yelled at him. Instead of answering he just pushed her down, causing her to land in all the broken glass. Ellie was fine. The glass hadn't cut her but she was in shock of how he was acting. This behaviour was all in the past. Standing up, she stood beside Charlie making sure that she was okay.

Charlie stood there with Ellie, shocked at what was happening. She bit her lip to keep from crying. She could't believe he did this. She looked at Ellie, who looked pretty frightened as well. but Charlie wasn't scared anymore, she was pissed. "Jordan! What the hell!" she was trying to get through to him, but the alcohol was a bit of a problem. Jordan started slurring his words and threw another bottle when Alex came out and punched him in the face. Jordan fell to the ground and we got out of the kitchen. "Thanks." Charlie said to alex and looked at Ellie. "I - i think I'm gonna go now." she told her best friend.

Ellie wanted to beg Charlie to stay but after what had happened, she couldn't expect her to stay. "Okay." She bit her lip, "Do you want me to drive you home and stay with you?"

"No-Ellie, you've got a great guy waiting for you." she told her. "I'm honestly fine, I just need to get some sleep." she explained. She wanted to at least say by to Jade since it was her party, but she didn't want to have to explain the scar on her face. She walked outside and started walking home. Eventually she found herself at the beach, just sitting there. How did she know that Jordan would run out to be such a jerk?

She walked back over to Alex after Charlie had left. "I feel like I should go after her but I think she just wants to be alone.." Ellie sighed.
