<div align="justify">everyone knows of the island that once housed the worst of criminals. alcatraz island, closed in 63. well a young lady by the name of hailey decided to buy the island, close the museum and renovated the island to fit a town, and a new prison. the old prison was also renovated to house the words troubled teens. what people don't know is that miss valencia is just as insane as the students. punishments range from isolation, to public lashings to torture. its a place where nightmares come alive for the socially unacceptable.</div>
